She was extremely patient and worked around the clock to help answer the hundreds of questions that I had about every home we were interested in. She also helped line up contractors and pool builders to provide preliminary estimates on work that we were thinking about doing on a few of the homes that we looked at, which I’ve never had a realtor do! Before buying, she showed us many properties, meeting our requirements. The property we bought had a beautiful view of the Harbor Town Yacht Basin and the famous Light House. Plus, the condo was comfortable, surrounded by entertainment, and had easy access to the Golf Course. We loved the condo, it had a high volume of rentals, but the rental process was getting tiring. After a number of discussions, we decided to sell our condo. We listed it with Loni because she is so hard working and so easy to work with.
