She worked tirelessly to help us identify, negotiate and close on the perfect vacation rental home for our family’s needs. She was extremely patient and worked around the clock to help answer the hundreds of questions that I had about every home we were interested in. If she didn’t personally have the answer to a question, she would find the right subject matter expert to answer it. She also helped line up contractors and pool builders to provide preliminary estimates on work that we were thinking about doing on a few of the homes that we looked at, which I’ve never had a realtor do! I found Loni through Realtor.com as a decision to look at some last minute places before flying out and putting an offer on a vacation house. She was able to miraculously get me access at the end of the day and even took the time to show me a few other listings so that I could compare. My husband and I both really enjoyed working with her and we ended up pivoting to the property she showed us. As it was the first weekend the house was listed and multiple offers went in, she quickly navigated the paperwork to get us priority and then helped us close through a complicated negotiation. Loni sold us the property we recently sold. Before buying, she showed us many properties, meeting our requirements. The property we bought had a beautiful view of the Harbor Town Yacht Basin and the famous Light House. Plus, the condo was comfortable, surrounded by entertainment, and had easy access to the Golf Course. We loved the condo, it had a high volume of rentals, but the rental process was getting tiring. After a number of discussions, we decided to sell our condo. We listed it with Loni because she is so hard working and so easy to work with. Loni is so friendly and so easy to work with: she kept us informed, worked with our rental group so that the unit could be shown in between renters.
