One of the fastest growing towns in Georgia, this place is perfect for young families. It’s a place where you can find entertainment all around you. Their children’s museum, which opened in 2020 has just been nominated for a Best of Georgia Award. If you like history you can check out the National Museum of the Mighty Eighth Air Force. You can also find plenty of parks, golf, a large outdoor shopping mall, and plenty of indoor fun places. Pooler is also just a short drive to Savannah and you’re still close enough to Hilton Head to spend a day at the beach to relax.

Loni sold us the property we recently sold. Before buying, she showed us many properties, meeting our requirements. The property we bought had a beautiful view of the Harbor Town Yacht Basin and the famous Light House. Loni is extremely dedicated, and goes above and beyond the normal duties of a realtor. She worked tirelessly to help us identify, negotiate and close on the perfect vacation rental home for our family’s needs. She was extremely patient and worked around the clock to help answer the hundreds of questions that I had about every home we were interested in. If she didn’t personally have the answer to a question, she would find the right subject matter expert to answer it. She also helped line up contractors and pool builders to provide preliminary estimates on work that we were thinking about doing on a few of the homes that we looked at, which I’ve never had a realtor do!
